Yes. We offer both term-time and all-year-round sessions, so you can choose the option that best fits your family's needs.

Yes. We accept government-funded hours for eligible 2, 3 and 4-year-olds. We also accept tax-free childcare and childcare vouchers. If you're not sure what you're entitled to, our team can help you find out.

Absolutely. Every child is offered up to three settling-in sessions before their official start date. This gives them time to get comfortable with their new room, meet their key worker and start building those all-important relationships.

Our ratios follow national regulations and vary by age group. In our baby room (0–2 years), we maintain a 1:3 ratio. In the toddler room (2–3 years), it's 1:5. And in preschool (3–4 years), it's 1:8, or 1:13 where a member of staff holds Early Years Teacher or Qualified Teacher Status.

Yes. We're proud that the vast majority of our team are qualified from Level 2 to Level 7. We also have two Level 2 apprentices currently in training. Every member of staff holds certificates in paediatric first aid, food hygiene, safer sleep and safeguarding.

A change of clothes, nappies and wipes (if applicable), any creams or sun cream, outdoor gear such as wellies and a sun hat, and any comfort items your child needs. Meals and snacks are provided, and we cater for all allergies and dietary requirements.

Yes. We provide meals and snacks throughout the day, catering for all allergies and special dietary requirements. Parents also have the option to send a packed lunch (terms and conditions apply). There is a meal charge for funded children from age 2.

We're open Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm. We offer morning sessions (7:30am to 1:00pm), afternoon sessions (1:00pm to 6:00pm) or full-day sessions. The minimum session length is 5 hours. We're closed on bank holidays and for one week at Christmas.
